The minute he found out that Rebekah’s was on the market, he knew this was an opportunity he could not miss. The ideal place where he could express his passion and love for fresh quality ingredients and craft them into beautiful yet simple dishes, to give one an experience to savour.

The Restaurant

Housed in a beautifully renovated house of character, which is over two hundred years old, Rebekah’s offers charm and tranquillity. Ideal for your romantic date nights or your custom social gathering or even a quite business dinner.

The dining area is set on two beautifully decorated dining rooms and a charming internal courtyard, which can be used for al fresco dinning during the lazy summer nights or closed and warmly set up during the winter months. Rebekah’s, now under new management, invites you to a fine dining experience with its beautifully crafted menus in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

This former farmstead is over 200 years old and boasts thick walls of golden Maltese rock. Prime local produce and luxury imported ingredients are used to create modern, hearty dishes with bold Mediterranean flavours. Service is overseen by the proud chef; ask for a table in the central courtyard.
